Travelling to Australia with Canadian travelling documents.

I'm Permanent resident of Canada and I have the RTD, so I'm planning to Visit my girlfriend who lives in Australia. Can someone tell me if It's possible to travel to Australia with Canadian RTD? Or it's hard to get their Visitors Visa?

Think maybe you need a visa to enter Australia. Do not think there are any countries that Australia allows visa free entry.​
