Travelling outside canada for vacation

Good day just want to ask for your help, i apply for permanent residency last oct 2018 and still on process but i am planning to have a vacation in germany this coming january 2018 for 15 days only. Just want to ask if it will not affect my application and if i can still return to canada with valid work permit nov 2019 and my visa is less than 6 mos already it will expire on may 2019.
