its urgent i am on implied status means my visitor visa extension and closed workpermit application is in process can i travel to india did this impact on decision ? any difficulties in future ?

Yes, if your visitor visa and work permit have expired, how will you re-enter the country.

If your WP is approved while in India, you can apply for the Visa stamp there in India. If you arrive to Canada before you receive your WP, you will enter as a visitor - provided u have visitor visa.
