So, right now I am in Canada. my study permit expired in July. I am willing to travel india in October. So I didn't get my work permit yet and I am travelling from london. So is it okey if I take UK transit visa for travelling to india and get my trv done in india when I get my work permit

Yes, you can travel to India and apply for a TRV there.

I have no idea what the requirements are for you to travel to India.

What is your status? When did u graduate? You can always travel outwards from Canada no matter your status or trv.

I got graduated in may and I applied for work permit on June 5th . Study permit got expired in July so right now I don't have any status. And I have my ticket to india in oct

If you applied already then you are on implied open work permit status & you can work full time.
The difficulty for you will be how to apply for trv in india, you will need the pgwp paper to apply for trv. You have to figure out how you are going to get it because it will be sent to the address you put in application.
