Friend has just renewed her passport and is on a study permit. Will graduate in April and so the transcripts won't be released until mid to late April. Her mother is coming to visit Canada during the exam period and they plan to take a trip to New York around April 21st.
The question is, will she have problems at the border entering USA or reentering Canada on a study permit, because she would not have been able to apply for the PGWP yet?
Her study visa says it expires in September 2019.
