Travelling from India to Canada

Hi
I am new this forum ,I recently got Canadian PR stamping from USA and i am planning to go to India and from India , i am planning to come to Canada before my visa expires ,Is that fine ?

Since my son is US citizen, Is it OK for him to travel from India to Canada with out visa ? Is there any problem ?

Can someone please help me for the above questions.

Looks you have a problem.

What is the visa status of your spouse ?
What is the age of your son?
Did you add him as dependent during your PR application?.
Was he born during your PR application process or after you receive your PR visa?.

However, being a US citizen your son will be admitted to Canada as visitor. You should submit a sponsorship application for your son to regularize his status in Canada. But his entry to Canada will be limited to a period of 6 months only, and the total processing time of the sponsorship will be a year or more. You can ask while landing for his extended period of visit but I am not sure whether he will get or not.

What is the visa status of your spouse ?
she is on H4 visa in USA.
What is the age of your son?
5 yrs
Did you add him as dependent during your PR application?.
No We applied all together.
Was he born during your PR application process or after you receive your PR visa?.
We applied all together

Since we applied together and i sent passport to detroit consulate and they given visa stamping for me and my wife and for my son they mentioned that US citizens doesn't need visa and they also provided COPR (Confimation of Permenent residence) forms for all of us

1. Yes, it's fine to travel US>India>Canada for all of u.
2. Yes, he'd be fine as well w/out a PRV stamped in his pps... that's the procedure for visa exempt nation's pps... his COPR is all that's needed.
