Travelling before getting PR card

Hi all,

I landed in Canada on June 6th. I have not received any status of PR card yet.
I need to travel back to India on Aug mid and again return back to join for the new job by sept last week.
Kindly let me know, how can i do this travel if I don't receive the PR card on time?
Heard about some PRTD process... Does anyone know about it? Please help.
