Travelling after Application Approved

Hi,

So once my PR Application is Approved and CIC sends the "Request for passport",

1) What if I am outside of Canada? Is there a time frame for submitting your passport?
2) Or what if I am leaving the country in the next 1-2 weeks? Is there a way to accelerate?

I am applying through Express Entry from inside Canada. I will have to be outside of Canada for 1 month in December this year.
