Traveling within Canada with TRP

Hello everyone! My husband and I are PR holders and my toddler is with us on a TRP. I wanted to know if it its possible to travel via air within Canada with a TRP.
We have applied for an extension of his stay as we are still awaiting his PR application to come through.
