Traveling while waiting for PR (Outbound Application)

My husband is from USA. We want him to travel to Canada on a travel visa and spend a few months here. During that time we would like to take a trip together to Japan.

We are in the decision made part. He still has 'Approval Status Determined' and 'Permanent Residence Status Determined' before Complete.

Are we allowed to travel during this time?

Yes, should be no problem. I also spend a few months in Canada during the processing of my application and we also went on vacation to Spain together.
