Can we book flight tickets from India to Canada via London and Lisbon . Will it require transit visa ? Anyone can shed any information about it ?

Yes.. you need schengen visa.. for London you always need it.period.. Only you don need it when you coming through Franfurt or Zurich,,, But if you are stopping at both u do,.,.

yes for london you need a UK transit visa. same for US. europe and gulf are your safe bets for transit as they do not need visas as long as you are inside the airport

not all Europe... o ly Frankfurt and Zurich and that too when either one is your stop. If both are your stop u still need Schengen visa

I am not sure I understand. I travelled via brussels one time and via zurich another. my friends travelled via amsterdam. we didnt need transit visas.

Means there are few places check shengen visa website.. two stops in those countries u need it but some places if they are single stop in shengen zone you dont need it... but u r coming through london.. u will def need it no matter what
