I have a current, valid work permit and TRV. I work in healthcare. I helped my 19 yr old son apply for a visitor's visa, and we applied using my GC account. We forgot to disclose a prior US visa refusal, and he got a PFL for possible misrepresentation. We responded to the PFL, and it's been 2 months with no response from IRCC. Given my role as his authorized representative on his visitor's visa application and my pending pnp PR application (where he is a dependent), what is my personal risk of being refused reentry if I travel now and return to Canada? I am not sure if the whole situation affects me personally. Someone told me I can get a misrepresentation charge too for assisting with his application. I have researched and keep getting conflicting information.
