My wife is currently working under OWP (expired on Feb 2023) as a spouse of full-time student, and I graduated in June 2022 and she applied for her OWP (based on my PGWP status) several days ago on IRCC website and the ETA is around 169 days(and we are planning to travel to New York during end of Nov for few days. Our concerns are:
1. Will cross the border and return affect her current (implied) status of availability to work (Although her current OWP will not be expired until Feb 2023)?
2. Instead of waiting for 169 days, is it advisable to flagpole in Niagara Falls to get her OWP instantly?
Any advice is much much appreciated.
