Travel with OWP?

Hey guys, I just got my OWP (3 months after submitting my inland application) and noticed that they issued me an eTA as well, the wording seemed to suggest that as long as I have all the required documents, I am free to travel.

What is the success rate with rentering? Is it as risky as it used to be or are they more relaxed about it lately?
