Travel under spousal in land sponsorship-Please help

I am a Canadian citizen and have submiited an In Canada sponsorship application for my spouse who is a British citizen. I have read that travelf or vacation outside Canada is not advised ,but can she travel back to England for 3 weeks due to circumstances? Any advise would be appreciated.

unless it is very important I would not,but if it is...I would contact cic and ask befor you do-better safe than sorry-good luck
