Travel to third country and come back with non-refugee relatives

I am Refugee and I have RTD with us visa. Can I travel to a third country not my home country (such as USA, UK) with my relatives (such as my parents, siblings, off course my relatives have Visas)who use home country’s passports and then come back to Canada?
