Travel to Canada via Road from USA during covid-19

Hi All,

is any one having Canada Permanent Resident traveled to Canada during US-Canada Border closer due to Covid-19 ?

Can someone share experience and what all needed to cross border.. also what kind of document needs to show for 14 days Quarantine in Canada?

How we can apply Medical card or exchange driving licence during Quarantine period ? My daughter still US born so how to get her Medical Card in Toronto .

Please help .
