Travel to Canada after Super Visa Application

Hi All

My mother already has a visitor visa and now she has applied for super visa also. Have the below questions

1. Can she travel to Canada while her super visa is in progress ? .

2. There is a 1.5 month gap between her last visit to Canada, suppose if the immigration officer asks any questions at the border or gives a shorter stay will it be an issue in the super visa application processing ?

3. Can she submit PPR from Canada ?

2. If she has only been gone for just over a month, CBSA may question why returning so quickly. She could be denied entry if it seems like she is living in Canada.
