If you travel to US from India with transit in Frankfurt, can you travel to Canada by road after landing in US. Are there any restrictions ?

Yes, there are restrictions. You'll need to get a molecular PRC test done in order to enter Canada and that test must be done in the US. You also haven't said what your status is in Canada and if you are fully vaccinated. That is important to determine how else you may be impacted.
