I would like to know if someone could help me with a question I have regarding the current entry restrictions into Canada.
I have a study permit (my classes start in May), and my partner has an open work permit. For my part, I have seen that there is no problem because the College I go to, which is Humber, in Toronto, meets the Government's requirements. But we have the doubt whether they would not let my partner enter, since he does not have a job offer yet, and according to the information on canada.ca page https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/visitors-workers-students specifically in the section "Foreign workers: Travel restrictions and exemptions > Who can't enter Canada as a foreign worker", it's said that he'd need a valid job offer.
Do you know if that applies to his case? or since he is my partner, and I'm an international student there would be no problem with his entry.
