I received an eCOPR and I'm yet to receive my PR card. Can I travel to the US with my Canada work permit and TRV(they are valid till next year)?

Generally any temporary visas are canceled once you are a PR. Flying most likely won't be possible however you can re-enter Canada through a land border using a private vehicle with just your COPR.
