HI Everyone,
i am about to submit the visit visa application to my mom so in the upload section there is travel history,so my question is which form should i have to filled and upload over there?Or just need exit and entry copy as well as visa copy?

No, stamps in a passport are not always sufficient. Both me (the sponsor) and my wife had to provide official government immigration documents that attested to our entries and exists from the country where we had been living before she was approved for PR.

I used only entry and exit stamps. I’m now a Canadian citizen. So it’s subjective to whoever reviews your application.
