Sorry you're having to deal with people treating you in such a degrading manner. There's a few people like that on here.
I moved to Canada in 2011 and was concerned because I have had many trips to my home country (USA) as well as throughout Europe since calling Canada my country of residence. This was especially concerning, as my USA FBI certificate was from 2018, and I was worried about trips I had made to visit my family since then.
However, my lawyer told us that as Canada was listed as our country of residence since 2011, as long as we haven't spent more than 6 months in a row in the same country, we're good.
That being said, I still listed all my trips back to the USA just to be thorough.
I don't think it will matter either way.
