Hi, I moved to Canada for study and then got Work permit, do I put Canada under travel history from the date I enterd to present? Or only my address history and personal history would reflect the Canadian living?

I think you need to provide your travel history for the last 10 years.

Yes travel history should show it as inbound travel till present. Reason can be put as Student/Work as the case may be.
You dont need to show any trips between country of origin and residence after that though. But ideally it should show when you entered the country first time.

Actually I also have a question about travel history.
My husband went to Canada last year for 5 months (for unpaid internship). Should we modify his address from French to Canadian or any travel under 6 months is considered temporary and your personal address doesnt change?
