Travel History - Travelling back to Country of Origin

I moved to UK in 2006 making it my country of residence until 2012.

So how will I write my Travel History Section for my first entry into UK , i.e. From and To section, since after entering UK I travelled to many other countries in between.

In between that USA also became my country of origin, and I travelled a lot from there too. Similarly what will I write within "To" date for my first entry into USA?

Finally how about my final exit from UK or USA what will be in the "From" Section in the dates there?

Please advice!

So I had same issue. My country of residence was US, and it changed to India for four months in 2016, and again it became US. I searched a lot on this forum of residence/origin issue and couldn't find any proper answers.

So I entered travel history this way .

I kept home country as reference and entered all my travels to US, including my current trip from which I'm a resident here.

I again listed trips to home country from US with reason as vacation.

Trip 1 to US: US entry date..exit date
Trip 2 to US: Next time in entered and exit US
Trip 3 to US: Final US entry date and ongoing...

Trip 4: India entry date to India exit date (vacation 1)
Trip 5: India entry date to India exit date ( vacation 2)
Trip 6: India entry date to final India exit date

I'm really not sure if this is fine , but this way I could show all my trips to cic when I submitted my application last month.

So my country of Residence has changed on 4 occasions in the last 10 years.

To write my Travel History Section for my first entry into each of the country of residence, and the exit i.e. "From" and "To" Dates section, one solution that I thought I could do was to leave "To" section empty upon first entry and then "From" section empty at time of Final Exit!

Any Thoughts, guys?

See brainstorm & write down on a piece of paper your travel from 2007 on wards.
Start with 1st flight from country of origin.
Without leaving any gaps continue up to 2017.
Double check on paper everything is OK.

Now while filling application do the opposite & start from 2017 to 2007.
