Travel History| Section C-Personal History IMM 5445

Hi,
I am not sure how to fill out the travel history section of the form for renewing my PR card.
Every six month I traveled 10 days to Kuwait. My air tickets shows Toronto-Kuwait-Toronto. However, during my 10 day stay in Kuwait I was traveling to other countries. So my passport shows Kuwait-Muscat-Kuwait or Kuwait- Dubai-Kuwait.
My question is : While I am listing my days outside Canadaand my trips to kuwait should I also mention the days that I was outside Kuwait?

Yes of course. Starting date, ending date, place and reason.

If you had a one day trip while outside then you still list it like this:

2015-04-01 2015-04-04 Kuwait
2015-04-04 2015-04-04 Muscat
2015-04-04 2015-04-07 Kuwait

You must account for all days.

After I landed in Canada in 2010, I went back to Kuwait and during 2010-2012 didn’t return to Canada and during that period I traveled a lot for vacation. (approximately 20 trips).
I am going to list 09/27/2010- 10/1/2012 Kuwait
It will be a huge mission to remember dates of my trips and look for entry/exit stamps in my old and new passport for trips between 2010-2012 while I was absent from Canada. Is it absolutely necessary to list them? I have fulfilled my residency obligation starting 2013

There is no way you will get your PR card renewed without issues if you don't list all your trips clearly where CIC can verify and check against your passport. Forget to list one or make a mistake in dates and you are set for a long processing and interviews.

Good to know before getting in to unnecessary trouble. I will list them all. better safe than sorry.
