Hi Everyone
I had a 24 hour layover in country before reaching destination country. I went through immigration to stay in a hotel overnight and see the city

Departed India on the 11th May
Arrived in Dubai 11th May
Departed Dubai 12th May
Arrived in USA 13th May (12th May in US)

What should I write because Dubai is not my home country. Should I mention Departure date as 11th May for both Dubai and USA?

Also, how to mention dates?? According to Indian time, I was in US on 13th May but according to US time it is 12th Mayo_O

Yes, please mention it as a trip. No harm since it is shorter than 6 months, PCC will not be required.
