Travel History - India & USA

Hello All,
I am from India and moved to USA for studying masters in 2012. I have been living in USA since then and visited India for vacation once in 2015 ( Dec 2015 - Jan 2016 ). So, should I declare this travel in my travel history or don't have since both the countries fall under Country of Origin and residence.

Anything is fine.. If you don't declare, just add an explanation in Letter of explanation saying that your country of origin is India, residence is US and you haven't traveled anywhere else.
