Travel History in the supplementary information need some help

Hi,

I have a question regarding #2 on the travel history.
If the applicant travel only during the last 6 years out of 10 to other countries for business purpose and also visition . Should he indicated that he lived in his country of origin (Lebanon) for the remainder 4 years to make it up to 10 years.
