Travel history in Renewal of PR card

Hi I am renewing my PR card. For the travel history, I traveled to some countries in the past five years, each absence is at most 40 days, and also drove to the US but came back at same day or the second day. I wonder do I need to write all these absences in that part including one day or two days travels? if it is needed, I have to list more than 20 in that form and obviously there is no enough space, so can i attach an A4 blank paper with my name and title to explain it?
