Travel History - Home Country To Canada

Hello guys.

I have an usual question for my travel history after receiving the ITA.

I currently live in Canada and I have a work visa.

Should I mention the travel from my home country to Canada when I came to work and mark it as Ongoing?

The history would be like this:

1. US - In transit. The start and end date is the same day and the purpose is In transit to Canada. (they stamped my passport, so I guess I have to mention that).
2. Canada - Relocation, start date would be the date I entered the country and I'd mark Ongoing.

Sometimes "Ongoing" is not an option. I would write the date I signed the application instead.
