Travel history for citizenship application in 2026

I am completing my Canadian citizenship application today in July 2026.
I noticed that the application does not ask me to list my travel history for the last 5 years.

Some people say they upload a separate PDF with their 5-year travel history under “Optional Documents.”

Does it make sense to upload this travel history PDF,
or is it better to submit only the documents that the application specifically asks for?

You say today in July 2026, do you mean June 2026.....and definitely you will do it online, You will see PHYSICAL PRESENCE CALCULATOR a tab in online application and that is where you travel history will be recorded. They have their sources to verify, if they cant verify then they may ask you to submit full pp pages or may call for interview to show pp. do you have too much travels?
