travel history EE profile

Building my EE profile and on the travel history page.
1. travel through schengen countries- i don't recall the dates as i travelled by car from one country to another. do i need to provide information on the countries inside?
2. Travel from London to Scotland. Scotland is a separate country in the online application but i don't remember which dates i went around 10 years ago. it's not in my passport and i can't find my ticket from so many years ago. any tips?

when they say 10 years of travel history, and we're in May, does that include all of 2007 or from May 2007?

Ha. I'm in exactly the same boat.

I did my best to find the trips and their dates from my emails, chat history, etc. I am pretty sure that I missed some trips but that's the best that I could do.

Practically, I do not see how the CIC will find out you missed a trip if even you yourself cannot find any record of it.
