Hi! Most likely, this question has been answered already many times but I tried searching for previous threads and was unsuccessful, it might be buried somewhere or I'm not using the proper keyword search so here I am...

So, my question is, do we include Canada to our travel history?

Scenario: As for my case, for supplemental information, left my home country with student permit then after a 9 months got my PGWP. Also, I left Canada to go to the US for 10 days. I already made an entry for US, do I need to make another entry for Canada?

- Arrived Canada from home country with student permit - January 5, 2017
- PGWP - September 2017 - not sure if this is relevant
- Left Canada for US vacation December 23 - January 1, 2018*

Questions?
1. Do I need to make an entry for Canada?
2. If yes, is it going to be:
a. 1 entry January 5 to on-going
b. 2 entries January 5 to December 23 & January 1 to on-going*

Would really appreciate it if someone would clarify this to me!!! Thank you in advance!

Travel between home country and country of residence is not required.
Only list travel which you did for business, tourism and training purposes.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer this! Just to clarify, it's no right?? It's because I'm considered a temporary resident here (so this is my country of residence). So sorry, it sounds silly.

no question is silly and you don't need to be sorry for asking something which you do not clearly understand...
So lets look at the situation e.g. you are a British citizen residing and working in Canada on a WP and TRV.
Your travel between UK and Canada does not require to be mentioned in the travel history...
On the other hand, you travel from Canada or from the UK to e.g. US or Australia etc., for business, tourism, training, in that case you will need to mention these travels as part of your travel history...
