Travel history - best way of representation

Hi,

I read in some forums that some draw up tables and attach visa copies in the column. Can anyone please tell me how i should best represent my travel history for the immigration officer ? applying for a tourist visa.

In a clear, easy to read format. Date, location, purpose of visit. You have to submit a copy of every stamped page in your passport, so you do not need to replicate the visas in the table.
