Travel History Additional Pages

Hi,

I am filling PR Card renewal form, I have 30 entries for Travel history but in form there is only 4-5 rows ,as per instructions on CIC page .

Use another page if you need more space to list this information.

Does that mean i should print multiple printouts of page 2 and fill the data or i can simply write See Attached document in that section of form and attach a nicely formatted word document print out?

Hi Guys, since I am also filling my PR Renewal application, saw this page, wanted to ask for the additional page that we use to write the travel history. The travel section has a period assessed schedule, do we write the same dates for the original and the additional page ?
