Travel/Health insurance until i get the gov health card

Hi all,
so I got my Copr, plan is to land in Feb. I read that getting the government health insurance/services could take up to 3 months.

Any suggestions or recommendations regarding private health/travel insurance until I get access to the Government Health Services.
