Travel Documents

Hi All,
I am in the process of applying for Citizenship and came across the question 14)a about Travel Documents.

Myself and family were based in Dubai, UAE on Work Visas and I also have a valid visit visa for United States. Should I be including the details of these Visas as well in the table for Travel Documents? Or just the details of my Indian Passport should be sufficient?

Passport is your travel document, visas are not. Only details/copies of passports are required.

I have an Indian Passport which was renewed in Dubai, UAE. Place of Issue is mentioned as Dubai in the passport; so should i be putting Country of Issue as India or UAE? and Place of Issue should be Dubai itself rite?
