I landed with my kids on January 8, 2016 but had to travel before receiving PR cards due to the school of my kids. My husband is living in Canada now and he's following up PR cards issuance status.

However, I'm planning to return back on June 19, 2016 when my kids finish their exams but what can I do if I didn't receive my PR before that.

You may get PR card shortly, once your husband received the card just let him Courier the card to you. But if your husband still did not get until the end of May, you should Apply travel document in order to return to Canada.

Note that, make sure the processing time for PRTD from your home country before you applying.
