Hi Friends & Mentor,

I am living in Canada on a study permit and wish to apply for Federal Skilled Workers Program. What visa office do i need to select to process my application since I am in Canada and will continue to stay till end of August 2015 in Canada

So in the first form it asks, Immigration Office Requested for processing this application, Guide line says CIO Sydney cannot be chosen.

So, what office can i select since i am in Canada plus do i need to give additional information other than my passport copies?

Please help

You should choose CPC-Ottawa.

If you are talking about additional infomation about your status in Canada, you should give copies of the passport pages with entry stamps and any other document that show your current status in Canada, eg. study permit document.

Right. You send it to Nova Scotia and if approved, it will be forwarded to the office you choose.

Question.

I currently have a employment agreement signed for an entry level job which is for an assistant in media. Can I state that in my Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers form IMM0008.

As Q.3a - Asks - Do you have an offer of employment in Canada? But they asks if my employer has obtained an LMO. Whereas I got this job offer based on my current work permit which will extend into Post Graduation Work permit. So there is no LMO!

Q. 4 Asks to provide a copy of my work permit which is available with me, its valid till this year end and will get extended till net year.

What do you suggest.
