Hello

Me and my wife are on PR status right now in canada, I already applied for my Citizenship

My wife is going to India because she is pregnant and she will be back in March 2020 but her PR card will expire in Jan 2020, with her our son is also going and he is 4 years and Canadian.

My questions are

1) where we have to go for my son to stamp because he will be staying more than 1 year in India
2) how my wife can come with our new born baby? Because her PR card will expire in January

Help me please for these questions

How long has your wife spent in Canada?

You will need to notify CRA and your provincial health plan that your family is leaving so they can freeze your health coverage and stop your child tax credits,

You will have to sponsor you baby from Canada once he/she is born. The big issue is whether your wife is compliant with her RO.

I’ll notify CRA and health department about it

We were migrated to Canada in Dec 2014 and we went India for 10 weeks only in Nov 2016 and back in Feb 2017

Then after we satyed in Canada

She is going in Dec 2018 and will be back in Mar 2020

Hi,
It is your personal choice and I can understand, there will be many thoughts you'd have put.
But why send your wife to India now and why not delivery here. I'm sure that saves a lot of work and wait times for your new kid to get immigration and citizenship status. :) ...
