Hi.. im PR since april 2015, for some reasons i came back to Pakistan and didn't receive my PR card, my in laws received that card and not giving it to me, now i want to go back to canada as i want to maintain my PR status, but i don't have PR card, i don't have all the documents they required for travel documents like my husband's passport's copy etc.. what should i do now?

Sounds like theft. Anyway, you can apply for this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/travel-document/

You can also speak to someone at an embassy or high commission close to you.

Would it be that difficult for you to get that passport copy from you husband. Im sure you will need to fill in all the details on the PRTD form and provide everything they are asking,
