Travel document was sent back to processing center

Hi everyone, I've applied to travel document a while ago. Then I had to move to a different address thus my travel document was sent to my previous address and was delivered to a mailing center like shoppers drug mart. And I wasn't able to pick it up and the worker at canada post counter had told me that it was sent back to the processing center in Ottawa since no one has picked it up.

How should I proceed in that situation? I would not mind applying for it again but I'd love to know if there are any other way to get it on my new address.
