we have not received PR card for my 5 year old. How to get visa for him now? how much time it takes from Abudhabi any idea?

Apply from VFS Global Abu Dhabi. I did same and received it within 2 weeks. Validity was 6 months

Can you also guide which documents should be submitted? Do they ask any questions like why exit without a card..
