Travel document for Minors- Protected Persons

[Pr waiting since aug2023]

Hi.
its been 5 months since travel document was applied for my self and family..
got travel documents for adults but for minors no udpates.
called them and waiting since 5 months.
any suggestions? shall i withdraw it and apply again?

Is IRCC not issuing travel documents for minors? We have been waiting since August. Changed tickets dates. Still no response. Is in process is all we are he’s back from IRCC
