I landed on last week of July and I haven't received my PR card yet. I probably have to apply for travel document from my home country. I will be in my home country for 2 weeks. I am just looking at the document checklist for the travel document. It was asking for returning residence permit. I have the record of landing. Do I need returning resident permit? How I can get returning resident permit?
