After citizenship, is it ok to travel on Canadian Passport WITHOUT surrendering Indian passport to USA or any other countries ?

Yes you can travel to various countries on Canadian passport. as long as you do not use the Indian Passport

Info is available on Indian Embassy websites such as:

https://eoi.gov.in/eoisearch/MyPrint.php?0834?001/0005
But unfortunately no such info is available on the Indian Embassies/Consulate's Canadian website
