Can somebody please explain what does Transmitted Status mean in Express Entry submitted profile?

When I click on "View submitted application" and see the Express Entry profile then it is shown as status against different sections of the submitted application form.

Probably the same meaning as "provided". I wouldn't worry too much about it.
That means the profile is submitted and the data has been transmitted.
I have uploaded all the documents in Express Entry profile and then submitted the profile but haven't done the payment and now the application is reflecting as "Transmitted". Now I am not able to either edit the profile or make any payment. What does this mean??
You don't need to make a payment for Express Entry profile. And you should be able to edit the profile once it is transmitted.
That's the thing. I am not able to edit the profile. It is only giving the option to "view and exit".
