Translation of spanish police record for express entry profile

Hi All, is it mandatory to get the documents translated by ATIO certified translator only for express entry profile or it can be via regular certified translator along with affidavit. Please help on this query.

If you go through IRCC policy on this, it can be done by a non-certified translator accompanied by an affidavit.

Which country are your from? Can you not get a certified translator?

Currently in canada and i obtained police and criminal records from Honduras. It appears ATIO certified translator is very costly compared to regular certified translator that is why wanted to confirm

But there are other IRCC certified translators from other provinces you can use - doesn't have have to be only Ontario (ATIO). That’s why you need to research and compare prices.
