I want to come to Canada with my common law partner and right now, we're struggling to collect proofs for our cohabitation. I have moved in with her about 2 years ago and we have her rental agreement and an addition to the agreement that allows me to move in as a subtenant. Also, our ID's too show the same address. Now I have two questions:
1. Is this enough to prove our cohabitation?
2. It appears that we need to translate these documents to English (from German). However, the rental agreement is 12 pages long and translation of all of it by an approved translator is really expensive. Does it suffice to translate only extracts and if so, which parts would be essential?
